TriSonen is a web-based platform for Norwegian triathlon that offers race calendars, competition results, news, statistics and athlete profiles. The service is operated by Forma Digital AS (org. no.: 937 470 053) c/o Nikolai Aamaas.

By using TriSonen you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, we ask that you do not use the service.

To use certain features on TriSonen, such as claiming an athlete profile, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Providing correct and up-to-date information
• Keeping your login details confidential
• All activity that takes place through your account

You may only claim your own athlete profile. Misuse of this feature may lead to your account being deactivated.

The competition results shown on TriSonen are taken from publicly available sources from competition organisers. We aim for the information to be correct, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate.

Content published on TriSonen, including articles, images and statistics, is protected by copyright. You may share links to the content, but not copy or reproduce it without permission.

When using TriSonen you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other people’s accounts or systems
• Download data in bulk by automated means (scraping) without permission
• Publish false or misleading information

TriSonen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We cannot be held liable for:

• Errors or omissions in competition results and statistics
• Downtime or technical problems with the service
• Loss resulting from the use of information from the service

We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using TriSonen you accept the processing described there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably, and shall otherwise be settled by the Norwegian courts.
